Making Fresh Cheese!!!

This year will be all about "do it yourself" things!!

I have a fellow accountant colleage that has a small farm to relax from the stress of the work! He produces 100% organic goat milk. So I decided to try and make some fresh cheese out of it.

VERY SIMPLE! Heat pasterised milk at 35oC and then blend in cheese yeast already dissolved in some water. Let it stay for a few hours, then cut it and place it in cheese moulds to shape and loose all excess water. I put in a little salt as well, and there you have it, after 24hrs in the fridge, fresh organic goat cheese! Worthed the effort!
