Yesterday I tryed out a new recepie for cheese pies. This new pastry is perfectly crunchy but soft as the same time, a little sweet like a brioche, and irrisistably rich in taste. I filled them with feta cheese flavored with oregano, spearmint and a little marjoram. Egged them before baking and I springled poppy seeds,sesame and black sesame.
This recipe is defenately aprooved for breakfast menu in the summer!!!!!
