How to stuff bread or brioche

This Christmas as I said on a previews post we travelled to northern Greece. There on New years Eve the mother in law of my sister in law, brought in a "tsoureki" (greek brioche) stuffed with hazelnut praline. When I took a glimpse of the dough it was like I had an epiphony!!!! All these months I was searching a way to stuff bread or brioche, with marmalade or hazelnut praline, without spilling all the stuffing on the pan. SO THIS IS IT,SOOO SIMPLE. Open the dough like a sheet, and place the stuffing in the centre. Then cut out the edges and braid them along. So easy...
