It is so rare to buy bread that is true, original with taste and "body" as we say in Greek. This is mainly the reason why at Evizorzia I bake my own bread rolls. Made with yellow flour, not bleached and corn yellow flour, enriched with egg. Sometimes I use flavour boosters!!! sun dried tomato, oregano or other greek herbs to enrich the flavour and give you the unique experience of eating a real GREEK BREAD.
